I just… I don’t even know what to say about this. It’s perfect. And in some weird way, even though I didn’t go to a boarding school in Alabama or meet an Alaska or even take a world religions class, for me reading Looking for Alaska has become a nostalgic escape to my high school days. I remember sitting on the bench, surrounded my chattering friends, totally engrossed in Pudge’s adventure. It was a formative period, and something about the words John Green chose and the sentiments he put to paper did and continue to affect me.
